Staatsmacht Kennel offers many options to train your dog for sport, police, detection, and obedience. Options for our training are listed below. Please feel free to contact us with questions or reservations.
Individual Training:
We offer individual sport training, police training, and scent detection training. Our methods have produced positive results for handlers and their dogs. Trainer, Stefan Schaub, has trained some of the world’s most difficult dogs around the world and for Special Forces, and there is no problem he cannot fix. Some of the specialties include, dumbbell work, obedience work, protection work, detection problem solving, and handler aggression. We believe that this must be done in a personalized setting and therefore offer one on one training for your dog.
Board and Train:
The board and train option provides the dog daily one on one training at our facility extending from a few days to weeks, depending on the needs of the dog and the goals of the handler. The dog receives several sessions per day, and is a great option for faster results, and problem solving. In addition, we offer full training and trialing for those who would like to have us train the dog to a particular title and trial the dog. Your dog will also stay in our fully heated and A/C controlled kennel that has indoor and outdoor run for every dog.
Training Options
Staatsmacht training facility is located on six acres, and features both indoor and outdoor facilities. We have a full size trial field for schutzhund, and agility. Our heated indoor training facility features a full indoor training center, and room for spectators to observe the training. We are equipped with full equipment for training in both schutzhund, police, and sent detection.
Training Facilities
Seminars
Staatsmacht Kennel offers seminars at our location. We provide group training to those who want to come as a group or request Stefan to your location. During the seminar there is instructional sessions, multiple working sessions, and question/answer sessions to allow for the most amount of experience. For those requesting a seminar please contact us for more information.
Staatsmacht Kennel also flies in some of the world’s top competitors from Germany to further the training experience. Space is limited on these seminars and will be posted on the site when there is an upcoming seminar.

Nico Kertzinger: Nico is one of the world’s top competitors in Schutzhund. We have brought Nico to explore how to better handle the dog in tough tracking situations as well as problem solving in protection and OB. Nico has proven time and time again to be one of the worlds top competitors. He has not just had success with one dog, but has proven his skills time and time again with many dogs. Nico provides semiars at our facility on a twice a year basis.
